Adore Home Living is a well-established WA family-owned furniture business with 5 stores across Perth. We specialise in stylish, comfortable and affordable furniture, including lounges, recliners, dining, living and home theatre ranges.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Rockingham showroom and drive sales, team performance and an excellent customer experience.
About the Role
As the Rockingham Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom presentation and ensuring every customer receives a high level of service.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys sales, leadership and working in a quick-paced retail workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the Rockingham sales team
Drive store sales, conversion and customer service results
Ensure the showroom is well presented and ready for customers
Manage daily store operations and follow company procedures
Support staff with product knowledge, sales techniques and customer follow-up
Monitor team performance and help staff achieve individual and store targets
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with senior management and other store managers
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and sales-focused.
You will ideally have:
Previous retail management or assistant management experience
Strong sales ability and a passion for customer service
Experience leading and motivating a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work weekends and retail trading hours
A positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on
Furniture, bedding, homewares or bulky goods experience is highly regarded but not essential
