We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminum MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling aluminum components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on aluminum components.
Carry out spot welding and framework fabrication.
Weld base plates and channels together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Fabricate fittings, brackets, and other custom components in the welding bay.
Assemble large aluminum ladders and related structures.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

Requirements
Experience in aluminum MIG welding is essential.
Knowledge of spot welding and metal fabrication techniques.




Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
Experience assembling aluminum frameworks or similar products is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and ability to handle fabrication materials safely.
