The Role

Hy-Tec is looking for a safety-focused and customer oriented HR Licensed Driver to join our team in Kawana as a Concrete Agitator Driver.

Whether you're an experienced Agitator Driver or an HR Driver looking to develop new skills, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in a secure and growing industry.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations, delivering quality concrete products to a variety of residential, commercial and civil construction projects. Every day brings something different, with opportunities to interact with customers and contribute to building local communities.

Responsibilities
Safely deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
Operate and manage concrete slump tolerances and concrete discharge
Complete delivery documentation and daily vehicle checks
Build positive relationships with customers and site personnel
Maintain your vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Follow Hy-Tec's industry-leading safety standards and procedures

What you will need to succeed
Current HR Driver's Licence (essential)
Ability to provide a driver's licence history report
Current White Card




Robust commitment to safety and customer service
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
