Estia Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants/Workers for the Yarra Valley Home (Queensland). This position can be a permanent part‑time or casual role.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well‑fed.
Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
Monitor residents’ health and support treatment processes.
Serve as a friend and advocate for residents, ensuring privacy and dignity are respected.

Qualifications
CertificateIII orIV in Aged Care.
Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role.
Robust clinical documentation and computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
