Job Overview

We are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort, commencing in March 2026 with an expected start date of May 2026.

Responsibilities
Supervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.
Provide qualified, effective, and tailored service to all guests.
Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.




Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
Barista and cocktail‑making skills essential.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence required.
Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster including weekends and public holidays.
