Role Responsibilities
Lead and enhance embedded practice across services within the Footscray area
Have the opportunity to step up into the area manager role and enhance your leadership skills
Create engaging programs with industry‑leading programming tools
Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
Coach and mentor your team with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge
Rostering for services within the local area, with support from your Area Manager




Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks

Working Hours

Current Service hours, plus weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only — no weekend work.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Completed or currently studying an ACECQA‑recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state
Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months

About Your Experience

You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential.
