Your Role will Include:
Working collaboratively in a high‑end, rapid‑paced workplace with Front of House & Back of House teams to deliver smooth, well‑executed service.
Strong understanding of menu items and dietaries, and identify quality ingredients.




Providing outstanding food and beverage service within the Restaurant.
Always maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Desired Experience and Skills:
Previous supervisor experience preferred.
Current Victorian RSA certificate.
Deliver high‑level customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Immaculate presentation and a can‑do attitude – our team brings the energy and vibe to events!
Ability to carry 3 plates, any more is a welcome bonus (and we would like to see it!)
Barista experience highly regarded.
