Saturday and Sunday shift + 1 weekday shift

About the role:

As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers in‑store by delivering skilled, thoughtful service while contributing to store sales and presentation standards. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team where everyone supports one another and customer care comes first.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy and making a positive impact.

You will:
Assist customers with sleep health products and solutions
Achieve sales targets in a supportive team environment
Maintain store standards and stock levels
Complete product training and follow service processes
Assist with POS, admin tasks and equipment care

Retail or customer service experience preferred
Reliable, approachable and customer‑focused
Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
Sales‑motivated while remaining empathetic and respectful
Able to adapt quickly and support the team when needed
