Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all guests on arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
Answer enquiries and assist with bookings for accommodation, dining and activities.
Handle phone calls, messages and guest requests with professionalism.
Provide information on resort services, local attractions and special events.
Assist with payments and cashiering duties including EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
Maintain a tidy, qualified reception area and support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts or guest services desirable.
Strong communication and guest relations skills with a customer‑first mindset.
Ability to multitask, stay organised and work effectively in a busy environment.




Knowledge of reservation systems or similar technology an advantage.
Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
