We’re a quick-growing and dynamic restaurant group with a genuine passion for what we do. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Venue Manager to help lead, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a positive, high-performing team culture.

About The Role

Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including people leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory management, and financial performanceTraining, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional resultsEnsuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standardsManaging inventory and ordering to maintain efficient operationsAssisting with rostering and ensuring shifts are appropriately staffedHandling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally and promptlySupporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activitiesMaintaining a clean, organised, and high-performing restaurant environmentDriving sales, team engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives





What We're Looking For

Minimum two years' experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or restaurantsStrong leadership and communication skillsA hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your teamAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety and sanitation requirementsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysPassion for hospitality, people development, and creating outstanding customer experiences
