We’re looking to hire a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to join our Harrier team working onsite with one of our Retail customers. This is an exciting prospect for a commercially minded TA qualified who enjoys the balance of people leadership, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on recruitment delivery.
As the Team Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence for our Retail customer. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, building capability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
Shape and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities,
workforce plans, and growth objectives.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and exceptional candidate experiences.
Drive cutting-edge sourcing, talent attraction, employer brand, and pipeline strategies to secure critical talent.
Leverage market insights, data, and analytics to optimise recruitment outcomes and influence decision-making.
Champion continuous improvement across processes, systems, technology, and service delivery.
