Community Support Workers & Carers – Gold Coast Launch Team.

Locations: Gold Coast, QLD (Surfers Paradise, Southport, Robina, Helensvale, Coolangatta, and surrounding suburbs). Work type: Casual.

At My Guardian, we provide personalized care that helps people of all ages and abilities live with dignity, comfort, and independence. We are rapidly expanding across the Gold Coast and are building an elite pool of support workers to meet our growing client base.

Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support, reducing isolation.
Assistance with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain protected and comfortable homes.
Transportation and escort clients to social activities, beach walks, shopping, and vital appointments around the coast.
Maintain accurate care records and proactively report any changes in health or wellbeing.

Qualifications
Experience in domestic assistance, community transport,



and supporting independent living.
Valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Current Australian First Aid & CPR certificates.
Open Queensland driver’s licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability highly regarded but not mandatory with suitable experience.
