About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing settings. Your main responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for retail sales and enquiries;
Receiving and storing of incoming goods;
Order processing including point of sale and invoicing;
Picking and packing of outgoing goods to customers and store transfers;
Assist with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes;
Building excellent customer relationships;
Champion safety and compliance requirements;
General duties supporting the branch in the day‑to‑day operations;

About You
Cert III in Retail or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience;
Computer literacy: Basic level Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and point of sale transactions and financial software;
Well‑developed interpersonal and communication (listening, written, and verbal) skills,



including the ability to work with a diverse range of people;
Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team;
Ability to problem solve, as appropriate to role and responsibility level;
Excellent customer service skills – the ability to build successful relationships and to exceed a customer’s expectations;
Current valid driving licence;
A self‑starter with the ability to work successfully autonomously as well as part of a team when required.

Desirable
Forklift licence (or willingness and ability to obtain);
Experience in the agricultural industry;
Inventory management experience.
