We are seeking a reliable and ambitious Steel House Framing Machine Operator and Assembler to join our production team. You will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator or a motivated candidate looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. On-the-job training will be provided for the right person.
Key responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
Load coils, assemble frames, strap and pack.
Complete routine quality checks and accurately record results.
Identify faults and report equipment or production issues.
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning.
Follow safety procedures, work instructions and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.
About you
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred,
but not essential.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Good attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and safely performing manual-handling tasks.
Available to work 38 hours + Overtime.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
