About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Highpoint Boutique. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
A genuine passion for retail and customer service, creating memorable experiences for every customer
Confidence to use initiative, proactive and enjoys getting things done
Explicit, positive, and approachable communication skills, bring energy to interactions and create a welcoming in-store experience
Flexibility and availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to support the team when needed
Previous fashion retail experience is great, but not essential – we value attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset
