Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people and working with modern technologies? At Medartis, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore while collaborating with our global IT Infrastructure team.

This is more than a helpdesk role, you'll be the local IT expert, supporting business-critical systems and driving continuous improvements.

What you'll be doing
Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
Manage Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory and Intune environments.
Configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
Support user onboarding, account administration and device deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise business disruption.
Work closely with global IT teams and local vendors to deliver effective solutions.
Assist with infrastructure projects and technology rollouts.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continual service improvement.
Train and support end users to get the most from our technology.

About you

You'll be a proactive problem solver who enjoys working with people just as much as technology.

You'll bring:




5+ years' experience in IT Support or End User Computing.
Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networking.
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Relevant IT qualifications or industry certifications (ITIL, Microsoft or CompTIA) will be highly regarded.
