The Role…

In a typical Pick Packing position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

· Accurately picking products based on order specifications.

· Scanning barcodes using relevant technology such as RF scanners.

· Meeting set KPIs and productivity targets.

· Carefully packing items ready for shipment, ensuring products are packed within client guidelines.

· Conducting quality checks to guarantee valuable condition of products and accuracy of orders.

· Utilising client specific computer systems to process returned items.

· Restocking shelves to ensure inventory levels are maintained.





· Lifting up to 20kg as required and assisting with manual handling tasks.

· Adhering to client specific safety processes and requirements.

To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must:

· Have a minimum of 3 months experience in a relevant pick packing position.

· Be confident in the use of RF scanning technology.

· Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

· Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic.

· Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
