Process Worker – Woodside, Adelaide Hills

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our Production & Operations team at Melba’s Chocolates in Woodside, Adelaide Hills.

This is a hands‑on role supporting the manufacture and packing of our chocolates and confectionery, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace.

Can you?

Demonstrate solid attention to detail, follow procedures carefully, and work efficiently in a quick‑paced production environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Do you have?

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in food production or manufacturing will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Production and packing of chocolates and confectionery




Cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas
Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
Assisting with stock handling and general production support tasks
Supporting visitor‑facing operations by maintaining a clean and organised production environment
Assisting with seasonal demands and operational requirements as needed

This is a varied and active role requiring reliability, adaptability, initiative, and a solid commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality.

This position will commence as a casual role during an initial probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

The role is based at our Woodside facility in the Adelaide Hills.
