A global technology business is bringing in a Financial Accountant to cover a period of leave. The role sits close to the Finance Manager and offers immediate exposure to a rapid moving, high scale commercial setting.
The business operates a portfolio of well known digital platforms, servicing a large global user base. Finance operates at a genuine pace to match.
The Role
Manages month end close, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
Supports the Finance Manager across day to day financial accounting tasks
Maintains accuracy across ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations
Assists with audit support documentation as required
Steps into an established finance function with minimal ramp up time
Contributes to process improvement where gaps are identified
Background Required
Financial Accountant with robust month end and reconciliation experience
Immediately available or on a short notice period
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth commercial business
CA or CPA qualified, or working towards, preferred but not essential

Hourly rate of $50 to $60 plus super, six month contract. Hybrid working from a Melbourne CBD office. A defined scope with genuine exposure to a large scale technology business.
