What you’ll do
Learn enquiry handling: answering questions, booking appointments, and capturing customer needs.
Support the team with follow-ups and CRM data hygiene.
Help prepare vehicles for viewing: presentation, cleanliness, and basic checks.
Shadow test drives and walkarounds as your confidence grows.
Help with admin tasks that keep the sales floor running.

What we’re looking for
Great attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence speaking with customers.
Solid written communication (transparent and polite).
Reliable transport and punctuality.

Nice to have
Customer-facing experience (retail/hospitality).
Interest in cars and learning about imports.
