Located in Paddington, Sydney NSW, Barbetta Pty Limited, trading as Barbetta, is an established Italian restaurant specialising in authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled table service, taking food and beverage orders while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Recommend menu items, daily specials and beverages while responding to customer enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards.
Set up and explicit tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.




Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional attitude.
Well-presented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AUD $75,000 – $95,000 per annum
