Located in Wilsonton, QLD 4350, CCCT Early Learning is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and supervision for children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming learning workplace while ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Observing and recording children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones where required.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
• Assisting with children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest periods, and outdoor play.




• Ensuring compliance with centre policies, child protection requirements, and relevant early childhood education regulations.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Child Care Worker or in a similar early childhood education role.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a skilled team.
• Sound understanding of child safety, health, and wellbeing practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage daily routines effectively.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach to working with children and families.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
