Opportunity is calling for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel. We are open to both Part time and Full time applicants! Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveler. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces.

Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the property, assisting guests with all inquiries to achieve Hyatt’s five-star standards
Conduct a large volume of check-ins and check-outs
Professionally handle complaints and be able to make recommendations to enhance guests’ stay
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests
Strive to create memorable experiences

Qualifications
Previous Front Office experience
Exposure to using OPERA system – highly regarded
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent grooming and personal presentation
Valid Australian working rights
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster and 38 hours per week
