The Dental Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator to become an integral part of our vibrant teams at The Dental Lounge. This is a full time position based in Double Bay, offering a fantastic prospect to work in a pleasant environment focused on patient care.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, contributing to a positive dental experience in a busy, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointments and patient inquiries via phone and in-person.
Coordinate patient billing and insurance claims to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling.
Guide patients through treatment options, assisting with plan coordination and payment options
Personalise treatment plans, manage appointments, and oversee payments
Proactively rebook patients for treatments.




Handle correspondence, manage inventory, and keep the reception area organised.
Work collaboratively with dental professionals to optimise patient flow.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Sales experience is preferred for this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of calls and visitors.
Basic knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
