About This Opportunity
Our Glenmore store is currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven leader, to join and help lead the store's Bakery department.
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more!
What We Expect
Fresh food retail knowledge
Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ability to order and control costs
An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
Accurate team rostering
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Robust leadership and delegation skills
Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
