Role Overview

Lumus Imaging is inviting a Medical Receptionist to join our Chermside site at St. Vincents Private Hospital Northside. This hybrid role combines working from home and onsite as part of a larger team. The position is full‑time (38 hour week) with shifts ranging from 6 am–10 pm Monday to Friday and weekend shifts from 7 am–3.30 pm (weekend shifts include penalty rates).

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive reception services and act as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners.
Deliver customer service and care to patients.
Schedule procedures and scans.
Perform general clerical duties.
Manage patient records.
Handle Medicare billing and banking.
