Solution Architect – Field Service Management

I'm partnering with one of Australia's leading energy businesses on a major greenfield Field Service Management transformation that will redefine how thousands of field employees plan, schedule and deliver work across a critical national infrastructure network.

This isn't an optimisation project or a system upgrade. You'll join at the beginning of the journey, helping shape the future-state architecture, influence technology decisions, and work alongside senior business stakeholders and a leading System Integrator to design an enterprise-scale FSM platform from the ground up.

The role

As the Solution Architect, you'll:
Lead the future-state solution architecture for a greenfield Field Service Management program.
Define architecture strategy, integration patterns and non-functional requirements.
Partner with business leaders, architects and the chosen System Integrator throughout the program lifecycle.




Produce architecture artefacts including roadmaps, solution designs and technical standards.
Ensure the FSM platform integrates seamlessly across the wider enterprise landscape.
Influence key technology decisions that will shape the organisation for years to come.

What we're looking for
Strong Solution or Enterprise Architecture experience.
Experience delivering Field Service Management (FSM) solutions or transformations.
Experience with IFS FSM or SAP Field Service Management (IFS highly regarded).
SAP ecosystem experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, BTP and enterprise integrations.
Experience working in complex enterprise or utility environments.li>
Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels.
