A Client Account Manager at SwitchCo is a commercially focused, client‑facing role that owns relationships end‑to‑end, drives account expansion, and ensures momentum on deals.

Based in West Melbourne, you work hand‑in‑glove with the Business Development Manager, initially carrying Sales Coordinator responsibilities until scaling.

Responsibilities
Own all existing client accounts – relationship quality, commercial health and retention.
Identify and act on upsell, cross‑sell and scope expansion prospects.
Act as the day‑to‑day operational partner to the BDM – preparing proposals, capability statements and collateral so no opportunity loses momentum.
Own the CRM – keep it accurate, current and leadership‑ready; produce regular pipeline and forecast reports that require no interpretation.
Lead proposal preparation end‑to‑end – tailored, well‑structured and delivered fast.
Build and maintain a SharePoint library of proposal templates, case studies and CVs to enable fast, consistent submissions.
Initially support Sales Coordinator duties with a transparent transition plan.

Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in account management,



client success or a client‑facing sales role.
Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships with measurable outcomes.
Experience supporting or working alongside a BDM or senior sales professional.
Proficiency in a CRM platform – or ability to learn quickly – with a high standard of data discipline.
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills; comfortable with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and content for any audience.
Experience managing offshore or remote team members desirable.
Solid independence, initiative, proactive communication and a high personal standard.

This role requires a commercially accountable mindset, independence, and the ability to hold colleagues to account. You will be an owner, not a task‑filler.
