Position Overview

We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. Successful candidates will work as part of a agile team across various construction sites, performing tasks that support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Operators
Operate machinery including graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and rollers.
Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery.
Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other workers to complete tasks.
Adhere to all safety regulations and standards on site.
Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Pipelayers
Lay and install pipeline systems and other underground services,



including potable water, recycled water, sewer, and stormwater projects.
Excavate trenches and prepare sites for installation.
Read and interpret project plans and drawings.
Ensure quality assurance in line with project specifications.
Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Civil Construction Labourers
Undertake general site labouring duties including digging, trenching, and basic manual handling tasks.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
Operate hand and power tools as required.
Perform work to the highest safety standards.
Support plant operators and pipelayers as needed.
