ROBUST Pilates is one of the world’s fastest-growing boutique fitness brands, combining Pilates, strength and cardio into one 45-minute high-performance workout. With 110+ studios globally and rapid expansion across multiple markets, we’re building a marketing team designed to scale.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can balance execution of strategy and supporting global campaigns while driving performance across our APAC franchise network. A strong eye for creative direction is preferred.

This is a hands-on role working across brand, performance, CRM and studio support.

The Role

You’ll support the planning and delivery of global campaigns and creative strategy, with a focus on execution across APAC, while working closely with franchisees to improve local performance.

You’ll sit at the centre of brand, performance and operations, bringing structure, consistency and speed as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Calendar
Support development and rollout of global marketing campaigns
Coordinate timelines, assets and launch requirements
Manage campaign execution across regions
Partner with US and UK marketing leads for global alignment




Support studios with local area marketing
Provide guidance on offers and campaign execution
Ensure brand consistency across markets
Help improve performance across the franchise network

Creative & Content
Support campaign and brand creative development
Brief designers and production partners
Support UGC and paid media creative
Maintain consistent tone and messaging

CRM & Customer Journey
Build and manage email journeys
Support acquisition and retention campaigns
Optimise lifecycle workflows

Performance & Optimisation
Identify prospects to improve conversion
Support reporting and insights
Work with paid media partners

Marketing Operations
Assist with recent studio launches
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives

About You
5+ years marketing experience
Experience across brand and performance marketing
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting multi-location or franchise networks preferred
