About the Role:
As a Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of the Allied Health team, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to treating Queenslanders with neuromuscular conditions. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including equipment prescription, individual functional assessments, treatment blocks, and participation in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical physiotherapy services under the NDIS framework, including assessment, equipment prescription, and treatment blocks.
Implement group programs based on client needs, such as hydrotherapy programs and balance groups.
Develop and supervise programs implemented by allied health assistants or carers.
Keep confidential clinical records, enable informed choices for customers,
and comply with client risk assessment and management principles.
Requirements
Recognized degree in physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
Friendly and supportive interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and database operation.
Current Qld driverâs license and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle for business
