As Director of AI Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and executing our AI strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions, and ensuring that our AI systems deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering departments to identify opportunities where AI can transform our products and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Define and communicate the AI engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives




Lead the planning and execution of AI initiatives from conception through deployment and optimization
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies, making recommendations for adoption and integration
Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for AI development across the organization
Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI prospects that drive business growth
Manage AI engineering budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships

Technical Leadership & Computer Vision Expertise
Architect and oversee the development of sophisticated computer vision systems for image recognition, object detection, segmentation, and tracking applications
Drive innovation in deep learning architectures, including CNNs, transformers, and other state-of-the-art models for visual understanding
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data collection and annotation to model training, validation, and deployment
