We are seeking an experienced and relationship driven Centre Manager to take ownership of a diverse, high‑performing retail portfolio within our respected QLD Retail Property Management team. This role is based on site at Newmarket Village, a high quality, cinema‑anchored retail centre, and includes oversight of additional nearby retail, strata holdings, and light‑touch single‑tenant assets.

What you’ll focus on
Centre operations – Oversee all property management and building services functions
Stakeholder relationships – Build solid, proactive connections with owners, occupiers, and operational teams
Lease administration – Manage compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and documentation
Financial reporting – Prepare explicit monthly reporting packs and ensure accurate billing and debt management
Portfolio performance – Maintain presentation standards and support long‑term asset value

What you’ll bring




Commercial property management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accounting
A skilled, approachable style with high attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence
