About the Role

We’re looking for an Ad Buyer who’s ready to step up and take full ownership of Meta and Google ad accounts across global markets.

You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns, reporting performance daily, and collaborating closely with the eComm and creative teams to fuel profitable growth.

This role is hands‑on and high-impact. You'll control ~$5M in annual spend, work with industry‑best creative assets, and drive reliable global scale.

Responsibilities
Create, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple global markets
Own daily performance reporting, analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making
Collaborate with marketing to share performance insights
Improve MER, CPA, ROAS and other efficiency metrics
Identify trends and scale prospects in real‑time




Contribute to strategic testing frameworks across offers, audiences, and placements
Ensure best‑in‑class execution and campaign management
Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices

About you
3–5+ years of hands‑on ad buying experience (Meta + Google Ads)
Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets (>$100k/month)
Deep platform fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 (essential) Triple Whale, Shopify (preferred).
You thrive in quick‑paced environments and love getting results
Clear communicator who can turn data into action
Bonus: Experience working with global brands, fitness/lifestyle products, or direct‑to‑consumer businesses
Ability to suggest/test creative angles based on performance data
