About the job

We are urgently looking for a Trainer & Assessor - BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business for our client based in North Sydney.

The delivery will be face‑to‑face from Monday - Wednesday: 17:30 - 21:30. Suited for someone who works in and around Sydney CBD during the day.

The ideal candidate will be teaching for 4 terms for 2024 with each term consisting of 10 weeks. The first term starts on 8th January 2024.

Responsibilities
Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.




Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence.
Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions.
Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence.

Qualifications
Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units.
Currency documents.
Proof of PDs done in the last year.
