About Us

KNG BROADBEACH PTY LTD trading as Grand Dynasty Yumcha & Seafood Restaurant, located in Broadbeach, specialises in authentic traditional Chinese yumcha and fresh seafood. All our dim sum is handmade, and every dish is prepared with quality ingredients to be both delicious and comforting. We are open daily from 11 am to 4 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm (with a short break in between).

Responsibilities
Set up and arrange tables with appropriate crockery, cutlery, and condiments; greet guests, present menus, and take reservations.
Provide recommendations on signature dishes, yumcha items, daily seafood specials, and beverage pairings to complement meals.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff; serve dishes and drinks professionally at the table.
Open and pour wine, beer, and other beverages; assist with cellar duties and replenishing glassware as needed.
Explicit tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service.




Process customer payments using POS systems, handle cash and card transactions, and prepare sales reports.
Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow health and safety regulations, maintain a hygienic work setting, and restock supplies and condiments as required.

Requirements
AQF Certificate III in Hospitality plus at least one year of relevant experience. OR at least two years of relevant experience.
Communication – Good listener, clear and polite.
Multi-tasking – Handle several jobs at once; stay calm when busy.
