We are looking for a reliable, switched-on Collections Officer to join a close-knit and high-performing team within a well-established Brisbane financial services business.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude to every client interaction and thrives in a structured, results-driven setting. You will manage an active portfolio of accounts, negotiate repayment outcomes and contribute to a team that cares about doing things properly.

What you will be doing:
Managing an active portfolio of accounts through the collections lifecycle, engaging clients via phone and written correspondence to negotiate and facilitate repayment arrangements
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and account activity while working consistently to daily and weekly performance targets
Bringing sound judgement and a professional, empathetic approach to every client conversation

What we are looking for:
Experience in collections,



credit, financial services or a customer-facing role involving sensitive conversations, though we will consider strong candidates who are keen to make the move into collections
A confident, composed and professional phone manner
Someone reliable, focused and outcomes-oriented who takes ownership of their work and stays on task
Full Australian working rights, Brisbane based
