MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker to deliver recruitment, training, assessment and development of carers within a trauma informed framework. Based in Batemans Bay, 3 days per week, 12 month contract with travel across Southern NSW.
The role requires Aboriginal cultural awareness, tertiary qualification in social work or related field, and experience in recruitment, training and stakeholder engagement.
