The centre operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Lead with passion to deliver high‑quality care through robust leadership and teamwork
Foster a nurturing workplace that promotes children's independence and growth
Showcase robust organisation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Inspire the team to cultivate excellence in early education
Build strong connections with families and the community

Qualifications
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Maintain a current Working with Children Check
Possess Australian Working Right
Present yourself in a professional and warm manner




Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
Contribute to a team‑first attitude and a positive environment
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Provide two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
