Reporting to the Construction Director, the Design Manager will play a key role across multiple projects, working closely with clients, consultants and project teams from pre-construction through to project completion.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating the design process across tender, pre-construction and delivery phases.
Managing consultant teams to achieve coordinated, high-quality design outcomes.




Driving programme management, design coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Identifying buildability, value engineering and design optimisation opportunities.
Managing design risk, statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Ensuring project outcomes align with programme, budget and quality objectives.
Collaborating with construction teams to successfully deliver complex commercial projects.

About You
Strong design management and consultant coordination experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A sound understanding of buildability, project delivery and construction methodology.
Knowledge of Australian codes, standards and statutory approval processes.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced project environments.
