In This Role, You Will
Deliver a warm, skilled and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings
Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front‑of‑house processes with accuracy and care
Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion and efficiency
Support building events, activations and community experience initiatives
Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required
Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities and security teams across the portfolio

About You
A background in hotels, luxury hospitality,



concierge or premium customer‑facing roles
Polished, warm and confident engaging with a wide range of people including senior stakeholders
Organised and solutions‑focused with a calm head under pressure
Comfortable using building systems, booking platforms and basic AV technology
Looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments
