What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a high‑end or fine dining kitchen
Proven technical skills, and strong on prep and service
Confidence working with seasonal produce and contemporary techniques
Cool under pressure with excellent communication skills
Available nights and weekends
Full Australian working rights
