About You

To be successfulin this role, you will have:
CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Solid knowledge offood safety andHACCP principles
Ability to workindependently and underpressure
Excellent time managementand organisational skills
Current National Police Check(or willingness toobtain one)
White Card- Mandatory
Drivers Licence - Mandatory
Ability to passa pre-employmentmedical and drug& alcohol screening
