Our client, a leading distributor of hardware, lighting, ventilation, electrical, cable accessories, datacomms, and test & measurement products, is looking for experienced Dispatch Storeperson to join their team in Glendenning for an immediate start.
This role is initially offered to start as a casual and may lead to a permanent chance for the right applicants.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM & Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $34.26 per hour
Key responsibilities/duties:
Pack orders from pick-totes into cartons for dispatch
RF scanning products
Load cartons into trucks via conveyor belt (rotated duties)
Pack outbound orders on conveyor lines
Prepare on-site delivery vehicles
Palletize Dangerous Goods (DG) cartons for transport
Other warehousing duties as required
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a warehousing or manufacturing setting
Proficient in RF scanning
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks (up to 25kgs)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Full Australian working rights with no visa restrictions on hours worked per week
Committed to working in a long term role
Available for an immediate start
