Compensation

Up to $75K base (reviewed quarterly) – OTE $120K (realistic 1st year earnings).

Top performers can reach OTE $300K per year. Multiple positions available. Position based in St Kilda Road, starting 20th July.

About The Role
Utilise product knowledge and superior communication skills to drive sales by explaining health insurance options and guiding customers towards the most suitable policy.
Break down complex health insurance information into straightforward, easy‑to‑understand terms during calls.
Ask targeted discovery questions to understand customer needs, priorities, and budget.
Tailor recommendations based on each customer’s unique circumstances.
Build trust and rapport through transparent, confident, and empathetic communication.

About You

Experienced salespeople who thrive in fast‑paced, phone‑based sales, closing daily.

Telco, utilities, finance, automotive, or other high‑volume sales

Qualifications
Solid sales track record, pace, resilience, and coach‑ability.
Health insurance experience is a bonus.
