This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community, supporting older Australians to stay independent in their own homes while building genuine, down‑to‑earth connections.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same. You’ll be out and about, helping clients with day‑to‑day tasks such as:
Personal care and respite support
Driving clients to appointments or the shops




Meal preparation and general household tasks
Light yard work and home maintenance
Assisting with medication where required
Recording visits and updates using mobile apps

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who:
Is dependable and gets the job done
Is comfortable working independently
Doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves
Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
Has robust communication skills

Bonus points if you have
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
Current Australian Driver Licence
A reliable, insured vehicle
Basic tech skills
Valid Australian working rights
