About the Role
As the Student Programs Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering and enhancing student-facing programs such as the Student Mentor Program, Study Buddies, Connect, and the Number 1 Supporter Program. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of these initiatives, ensuring they are well-promoted, efficiently run, and continuously improved based on student feedback.
This is a part time chance - 0.6FTE
Key Responsibilities
Promote student programs across multiple communication channels
Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging program materials
Manage and support the delivery of student programs and platforms
Liaise with Swinburne University to strengthen program partnerships
Administer surveys and evaluate feedback to improve program outcomes
Handle administrative tasks including Salesforce records and recognition gifts
What We’re Looking For
A relevant tertiary qualification (UX experience or qualification is a plus)
A robust commitment to enhancing the student experience
Confidence in interpreting data and communicating insights
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams
