This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing Melbourne-based Development & Projects team. If you’re currently a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager with experience delivering hospitality or retail projects, this could be your perfect next step.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation known for creating some of Australia’s most memorable social destinations. With a pipeline of diverse projects from boutique pub refurbishments to complex, multi-million-dollar recent builds you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across the full development cycle, including:
Project briefing and concept development
Authority approvals and stakeholder engagement
Design management and tendering




Contractor appointment, delivery, and financial management

As part of this tight‑knit, high‑performing team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own projects, typically ranging from $1.5M–$15M while receiving mentorship and training to develop your career.

Key Experience:
Experience managing small to mid-scale recent build and refurbishment projects.
Exposure to the hospitality, hotel, or retail sector highly regarded.
Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

You’ll Bring:
3–5 years’ experience in project delivery.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to travel interstate for project work.
A genuine passion for the built setting, property, and hospitality.
