Launch Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation to engage an experienced Dev Ops Capability Lead to drive Dev Ops maturity, champion Business Agility, and embed modern delivery practices across a high-profile program.

This is an exciting prospect for a seasoned Dev Ops professional who enjoys influencing culture, improving delivery capability, and coaching teams to maximise the perks of Azure Dev Ops. Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, you will play a key role in promoting continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration, and fostering a robust CI/CD mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Dev Ops capability uplift initiatives across the organisation.
Drive the adoption of Business Agility principles and practices.
Promote and embed a strong CI/CD culture across delivery teams.
Coach, mentor, and train business stakeholders on the effective use of Azure Dev Ops.
Support organisational change initiatives associated with Dev Ops transformation.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to influence and drive positive outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.





About You
Experience in a Dev Ops, Agile, or Capability Leadership role.
Solid hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops.
Proven experience driving Business Agility initiatives.
Experience supporting or leading Change Management activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability uplift programs.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software delivery practices.

Essential Requirements
Current Baseline Security Clearance.
Ability to work on‑site in Canberra ACT.
Availability for an initial 12‑month contract.
