Position

Experience Bartender (Casual) – Ovolo South Yarra, Melbourne. Role supports venue manager and contributes to the evolution of the hotel brand.

Responsibilities
Attend to all guest alcohol orders quickly and efficiently.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and spirits with high quality.
Demonstrate outstanding teamwork among bar staff and assist other sections as required.
Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and all relevant legislation.
Serve guests promptly and accurately, accommodating reasonable requests and noting preferences.
Maintain full knowledge of restaurant products, menus and wine lists.
Encourage guest feedback and maintain guest history records.
Stay informed about local area and latest beverage trends.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience preparing and serving high‑quality coffee,



beverages and light food items in a rapid‑paced setting. Knowledge of latte‑art is advantageous. Robust communication skills, a positive can‑do attitude and a dedication to team and brand are essential.
